It's not that hard you n00bs

Ok so im sat here just flicking through thread on XDA Devs, and there really is some either really stupid, thick or just plain bone idol people out there.

OK you have a new toy because you have just got your self a HD2 because you heard of its capabilities, great for you well done you got yor hands on what is probably considered one of the best devices for geeks of the decade, now what do you do.

Well seen as it cost around £500 sim free when it was released and yes i no you can buy them for about £200 now thats still a nice wedge of cash to flush down the drain.

Ok so for us that no what we are doing and use xda for quite a while we have all seen the numerous posts "help have i bricked my phone" yes we see them everyday.

Come on people how hard is it to do a little research first before you attempt to mess with your new device that will become the best phone you have ever owned. Its not that hard to spend and hour or 2 reading before you delve into flashing. Seriously would you go buy a brand new car and take it apart when you dont no what you are doing? would you take apart your laptop if you wasnt confident in knowing how to put it back together.

Its really annoying for us long time users and people that have taken the time to read to find out what to do, its not that hard.

Its simple really,

back up your phone first,
make sure you saved what you need

download the android/wp7 build you want
read the INSTRUCTIONS how to flash its all there
you will need a compatible radio
so find a radio that is suited the thread will undoubtedly tell you.
flash it follow instructions

now you have an appropriate radio so your phone wont get stuck on the boot screen.

ok now you have a few options WP7 you need to flash through DAF as far as im aware i haven't used it since first release.

Android NAND using CWM or
Android SD

all you have to do is read the frigging instructions and everything will go smoothly, its not that hard so come on give us a break please.
